Absolutely hate the Canucks, but I would prefer us to lose.

Guarantees us a top 5 pick at the very worst, but most likely a top 4. I believe there is a significant drop off after 5. I also believe that Draisaitl/Bennett are a huge upgrade on Dal Colle for the Flames.

The team already has great work ethic and we have had a good season, what is 1 game going to do to that?

I hope the Flames get these two points, and then the Islanders win the first overall pick and draft Eckblad!! Virtanen at 5 would be a treat for us Flames fans!!

It seems like Calgary ends up playing in Vancouver a lot to end the season. Or even against them at home. Deja Vu feeling.

If we learned anything last year, ending up with a slightly higher draft pick isn't always a bad thing (Moneyhands!).

Mostly when i've been following them down the stretch hoping the pick improves i just don't watch and then check the score. I can't watch and cheer goals against them but i want them to get better.

tonight... Probably going to have to watch in silence and cheer for a loss. stakes are high

I think dal colle is too slow to be a top five pick. That's why I think we need one of Bennett, draisatl, Reinhart or ekblad. I'm okay with one loss to improve in the big scheme of things.

I like how we get a higher pick and all, but is that the canucks 7th straight win against us? 5-1? Yuck.

I'll get over it eventually, but ugly game. Didn't feel nice to lose at all.
