McDonough was already going towards the boards, knew Kassian was right behind him and slowed down to engag him as they went into the boards. Burrows knew McDonough had no idea he was there, took a run at him, and hit him high.

I don't care if it is Burrows or not, that is a cheap play. Any time you take a run at a player who is already engaged with one of your teammates, you're taking liberties with a vulnerable player.

That's cheap.

Yes my twitter feed. I do follow people that aren't Canucks fans too and they say the same thing.

I did only see the hit once, and it first look it just looked like Burrows was going hard on the forecheck. Didn't look bad to me at all.

Burrows was coming in with intent to plow McDonagh square from behind. The only reason that didn't happen was that the Ranger was partially spun by
