Great job guys!! I can't get enough of playing EASHL. I can't believe I didn't try playing earlier.

Stupid question but how do you gain points to improve your player?

get the cards, each card gives you some more points to use. you get the cards by meeting the criteria (B- overall score with 50 games etc) you can check those in a tab under my player

3 ways.
1-Unlock/Buy a position boost pack in the hockey shop for the specific position.
2-Unlock/Buy equipment slots and boosts in the hockey shop(think materia from final fantasy 7 or something)
3-Earn cards by reaching player milestones that involves getting to a certain number of games played/player grade which will unlock exp points. For example the last card requires 150 games played(in eashl or otp) and an average grade of A- overall in the last 20 games.

2&3 You can combine together but initially 1 will have the higher stats

The way to unlock equipment/boosts are in the first post
