Jack Campbell is in the AHL with Bakersfield playing against the Canucks farm team tonight. So far he has allowed 3 goals on 11 shots.

Does the CBA allow him to go to the ECHL? He might need to.

I respect the strategy, do what you need to do in order to avoid going back to Edmonton.
It’s a time when we should have empathy. Imagine if it was your child in Edmonton’s farm system. Imagine if he played well enough to get called up? Could you imagine having to receive that call?

I can't imagine any goalie wanting to go to Edmonton after how they destroyed Campbell.
Even though he was paid to be an all star, anyone that follows hockey outside of Edmonton knew he wasn't one. However, he was a competent NHL goalie. After a little more than a year as an Oiler, he can't even play in the AHL.
Not only is Edmonton no good to live in, they absolutely destroy goalies.
