Seems so broken you can challenge for a completely marginal goalie interference that takes 5 minutes, but not a black and white call like delay of game.
The refs could literally turn and watch the Jumbotron replay and make the right call in 5 seconds.

The ref standing right where it went out called it a penalty though...I fail to see how that could be overturned by someone at the blue line or center ice
