interesting call, I've seen probably 100 ball games there, and have nothing but fond memories, but still I kind of hated the place. Love/hate I guess

wish it could have worked out for Montreal to get a nice outdoor downtown stadium but that's another story

I believe I have heard tell of an evening there when you were forced to dance with a large inebriated woman at the Cecil....

In the shop, working on my motorcycle or detailing my car.

Add some good music and a couple beers.....better than Disneyland.

Ah, Nizh in 1993-94! The Luch Hotel, Samatlor Restaurant and the incomparable Alberta House!

I have to give a shout out to Kogalym and Surgut too.

I'm kind of fond of the Shamrock.

Actually, one woman followed me into the bathroom and spit in my face, because I rejected her enticing offer to dance.

I think Lethbridge would be a good place to live, just isn't the coolest place to visit.

I love the T&C.

Also loved the Rose Bowl in Edmonton back in the day before it was renovated. It didn't get much more ghetto than that.

You should have threatened to call a lawyer.

A unique case of making the right and wrong decision all at once.

The Rose Bowl had wicked pizza. I have faint memories of partying there with members of Jr. Gone Wild & The Beat Farmers. I still have a shirt signed by Country Dick Montana. He also scrawled, "Thank you for breaking the law with me" on the t-shirt.

LA is a very underrated city to me. I'd never live there, but as a place to spend a couple days or even weeks, it's great: awesome cheap museums, great shops, good cheap food of pretty much an variety, a decent transit system for avoiding the notorious traffic.

Yeah, they did (probably still do) have some good bands there. Plus, they used to have McNally's on tap. Best Big Rock beer ever!
