Looking at the women, it doesn't look like the dogs get walked often either.

I think everyone is over reacting, jeez...

The dogs were not in any discomfort or danger, it was a cool overcast day.

My dog would lay in the back of my pick all day with the tailgate open.

I would be pissed off beyond belief if those animal control guys lost my dog !

Same thing as the original poster.

Those dogs were left in that truck for hours, with no water, and unsupervised.

Call animal control to check up on em.

And get a fashion consultant for those chicks.

We don't really know if they had water or not, it was mentioned someone gave them water, does that mean there was a bowl already there ? Was it empty ?

How often does a dog need food & water just hanging out on a cool cloudy day ?

The owner showed up when animal control showed up, just a coincidence, or was she watching the dogs ?

IIRC the woman had bottled water in the truck, which is funny because dogs don't have thumbs.

Dogs should have a source of water constantly, even on a cool and cloudy day they can dehydrate in a hurry.
