No, not really. I just like to know where people are coming from and what they're about.

I don't think it's unreasonable to see someone post 20+ threads revolving around the same themes (plus a couple on wrestling) and then wonder what the motivation is. Especially when quite a few have editorialized titles like this thread does.

I see. So, axe to grind then?

I was going to say the same thing, and since three of us agree, I think we can put this controversy to rest.

Well posting a scientific study and then disagreeing with it based on something completely unquantifiable isn't exaclty a help to your case.

I'm not saying it's Saudi Arabia, ffs.

The Nazi gangs are led mostly by people from outside Calgary, outside Alberta in fact. They're from Ontario and BC, mainly.

I think the fact that nobody in the media reported last year, when 50 Nazis showed up, not two, that many of them had flown or driven here from around the country, and that those that were actually living in Calgary were only about 25 of them, shows a bias. Nobody wants to admit that the rest of Canada has its problems.

I didn't disagree with it. The study found that the rate had decreased to 14% in CANADA, I said that, based on my personal experience and anecdotal evidence, I'd guess it was closer to 30% in CALGARY specifically.

Why do people continue to make the ridiculous assumption that feminists are unattractive? Newsflash: loooooaaaaads of attractive women are feminists. I'd say radical, man-hating 'feminists' are generally unattractive, but they hardly make up the majority.

There are some "pretty" feminists out there, but unfortunately they are all whack jobs....it takes away from their overall appeal.
Seriously, they are emasculating, bitchy women...hard to live with long term.

Having read the article she states that in order not to be alone as she grows older, she's had to expand her dating pool from transvestites and lesbians. And probably suffers from nerdism/geekism than anything else. (EG. You are so enamoured of a subject, anyone who is not capable of a high level of analysis of said subject is not compatible).

I disagree with your interpretation of feminism. Banning females from providing lapdances is just another form of oppression.

The whole "If they can't argue with me about rape culture on the first date, they're out of here". Are you serious? Does anyone here want to go out on a first date and argue about anything at all, much less rape culture?

And she wonders why she can't get laid.
She's also a size 16. SIXTEEN!

Or it could be seen as just another form of exploitation. I think this is where Vlad is coming from, but I could be wrong...
