Bah, I grew up a child of a single mother, my father never gave us any money and we both did what he had to to make do. Did I get everything i ever wanted? No.
My mother got off her ass and worked her butt off to make a living for both of us. Times were hard sometimes, fine at others. We both made do.
My father wanted nothing to do with me and I could care less. Who would want that money anyways?
It drives me nuts when i hear about women who live off of their exes child support, and don't have a job of their own.
