1978 Chevy Monza. V8 4 Speed Manual. 145 Horsepower and it weighed 2700 lbs.

Not a super fast car but reaaallllly quick. I think it topped out at about 160 Km/h but man did you get there in a hurry. It could burn rubber in every gear.

I went to the MINI unveiling of the new cabriolet..its an R56 body style rather than the R53...it happened at the East Bay MINI/BMW dealership..they also unveiled the new BMW Z4. For 10 bucks..you got tons of yummy food, a MINI (or BMW) wine glass and you got to go wine tasting (livermore wineries). The best part was starting at all those MINIS...i swear, I get way too excited when I see more than 2 MINIs in one lot..hehe. Yes, Im obsessed about my car. Call me crazy!
That grill badge just had a Maple Leaf on it that I put on for the drive down. He is currently sporting one that says "Yes, it's fast. No, you can't drive".

We haven't had a dealer event yet this year, or a "proper" introduction to the new R56 Cabrio. We had one in attendance at our run last week though, a Cooper S in Interchange Yellow to boot! Our dealership is hosting some sort of lunch BBQ for our club in November though.

^ I saw a giant Mini cruise rolling out West on Crowchild last weekend. Were you in on that? It was pretty cool, some of those superchargers were loud!

2000 BMW M5... great car. Barely ever serviced and was a blast to drive. Sounded great. Should have been 4WD though, it didn't get along well with snow.
