I didn't say the season was over, I'm quite optimistic actually, especially with Markstroms play. Don't lump everyone with criticism into one group, that's the kind of stuff that makes you just as bad as the negative posters on this site in terms of discourse. Just goofy stuff.

I mean, Califpanthersfan literally can't even discuss his team without you going psycho and yelling at him that this isn't "panthers puck". It's embarrassing.

They have moved to a zone defense from man to man. I think that adjustment is part of the defensive woes. I also think they are trying to be more creative and free flowing but haven’t yet figured out when to push forward and when to pull back. They just seem a bit discombobulated.

I think they’ll get better but I’m not sure exactly what the ceiling is.

Has to be so disappointing to give up 4 straight goals in the third period.

Lose the 3rd that badly and no one could expected a win.

Need to learn from this, especially starting the 3rd up one and on the road… they have to know the push is coming from the Pens to start the period.

Give up 2 goals in under a minute and seemingly, the Flames collapsed.

I mean, it's the Penguins offense, they can score quickly in bunches with the fire power they have. I kind of expected we would lose this one. Now go win the rest on the road trip, upwards and onwards. I see lots of promising things that will only get better as the season goes on and the team gets more comfortable.

What exactly is Ryan Huska trying to do with this team? We all knew what Sutter preached, but thus far I'm not sure what Huska wants his team to be good at.

So far it seems the focus is on cheating the breakouts to try and generate offense and maybe holding onto the puck longer in the offensive zone to try and generate a high danger chance instead if funneling pucks to the net.

Early times, but I don't get what this team is trying to be.
