In the Jets defense it looks like they held the Oilers to 2/9 on the PP. That's something.

9 PPs?? Holy crap, that’s ridiculous. If it wasn’t already obvious that the league is bending over backwards to get those losers into the playoffs, I’d say tonight pretty much seals it.
The Hurricanes offense was terrific against the Coyotes. Aho and Necas had 3 points each. Burns with 4 assists. Carolina's specital teams were 3/4 on the PP and 3/3 on the PK. The Hurricanes had 21 shots on net in the 3rd period and the Coyotes had only 2 shots. The win puts the Hurricanes 2 points up on the Devils for 2nd place in the eastern conf.

How about the blatant Nurse high stick on Scheifle that somehow both refs missed? Sure didn't miss any of the calls on the Jets though, did they? And out of those 9 powerplays at least 2 or three of them were as a result of complete dives by the Oilers. They have taken diving to a art form and McDavid is the worst of the bunch.
