Them claiming McDavid might not see the ice again this afternoon. He’s back on the ice next shift. McDavid won’t get off the ice. He’s got an individual point streak to extend and we all know what individual stats mean to McAvi.

A very nice result
Sweeter that they were gifted so many power plays and it still didn’t help
And
The next dozen games are loaded with tougher competition who are in some pretty serious playoff races

Listened to habs radio feed while driving

‘Oilers were good in spurts...well mostly on the power play’

Powerplays 6-3 for Edm, even though they were dismantled 5-on-5 as usual.

The Kraken break out of their slump and defeat the Flyers.

The other upset of the day has the Sharks beating the Capitals.

The Knights are shooting down the Ducks, 5-1.

The delusion of their mouth breathing fans and analysts that the Oilers need offensive help on the back end to take advantage of 6 powerplays (and similarly ignoring that they gave up 6 to the helpless Habs) is just too rich.

One wonders who the internal villain will be on the Oilers that the fans and media turn on in the upcoming days to try and force them out of town in a Karlsson deal...though with Lowe not there to light the media spark for the witchunt, it may be tougher to do.

Still looking for an answer on this one. I'm sure there must be an answer because no one fussed during the game. were there two calls and one still remained after the delayed penalty goal?

has to be two calls or something after the goal

not putting it past the NHL but in Montreal they probably wouldn't get away with cheating that easily
