Man. The Avs are so tenacious on the back check to get the puck back. Blues don't get more than 2 seconds before a guy is on them with a stick.

Yup...they talk about depth....Calgary is good there....Tampa deeper than the Flames...but the Avs are own their own level.
Remarkable how Sakic has managed that team.

They have Makar and Rantanen locked up under $10.
McKinnon has a year left at $6.3, then yes, yet.
The Flames could 100% be like that if they (players+team) want to.
