Should Darryl be rotating some guys in and out of the lineup to give some rest and get time for players like Stone etc.?

Hate breeds hate. So be the bigger human being and stop with the childish nonsense. Darryl was bang on with his answer..... once again.

That playoff series really was a black mark on the team but they were an elite regular season team. Hindsight showed they were a paper tiger but I don’t get the same vibes from this squad
But didn't we actually start to fizzle out much earlier than the playoffs in 2019 when the season was analyzed?

Exactly what was thinking today. Given the schedule ahead. Not just for rest either. Some of these guys should get some time playing at game speed.

The analysis found a steep cliff right after the All Star break.

I'm going and I won't be.

I think the right thing to do is show support for Ukraine in these circumstances.

I was reading that the Flames don't have any pro-Ukraine content planned for tonight's game, which is disappointing. I don't think people need to boo Ovi, but it wouldn't hurt to make him a little uncomfortable if he does in fact still support Putin.

I think a decent portion of the population is apolitical. Sitting through three anthems might annoy the paying customer.

My suggestion would be to do away with CAN and USA anthems for the month of March and just sing the Ukrainian one. Everyone wins. Except Ovi.

Darryl is supportive and he doesn’t like politics involved either is my sense. But of curse there’s a difference between an Ovechkin and a Zadorov as far as politics go, with Ovie being such a big Putin supporter and Zadorov being apolitical as far as I’ve seen.

Sutter is very much the “I can criticize my team and players but you can’t criticize my team” type.

He can be hard on them but if you want to take a shot at them he’s always going to protect them.

Looking forward to watching the two most fun to watch players in the game, on the same ice. Huge Ovi fan and when he's on the guy is a beast. Gaudreau is the most dynamic, fun to watch player anywhere this year so should be fun if Ovi holds up his end of the deal.

I still remember the "Ovi's head" in the kids locker, skate commercial years ago too. Great character guy.

The Flames have done well on back to backs this year so I think as long as the effort is there, they could see that trend continue. Always nice to see Hathaway, hopefully he gets into some battles for old times sake.

My question is, do they do the Ukrainian anthem again?
