I would agree with you on that, if he could just settle in and not have to carry the full load it would work best down the stretch and I think they make a good tandem.

I found the goal Gaudreau actually scored quite funny compared to his other chances.

Czarnik's best game of the year. Really showed off his speed and passing ability. Too bad he's snakebitten like Neal.

5/6 points in their last 3 games, and we're 1st in the Pacific. You're hard to please.

This is the D corps the team has been hoping for since Bouwmeester signed. The future is so bright on the backend.!

Hanifin isn't even 22 yet, still 2 months away.
Ridiculous.

solid game by everyone...Smith, hopefully, rebuilding his game... I think Peters has done a good job with him so far...
i'd be ok with Smith starting in Chicago - reward the win, on the road, Chicago not doing particularly great this season...

I'd give Rittich a chance to redeem, plus Chicago is better at cross crease (not Smith's forte).

Solid game by the flames. The d were outstanding. Kylington's breakout passing is pretty great.
Gaudreau was feeling it tonight. I thought neal, Bennett, czarnik, Backlund were all really good also.

I like how candid Peters is in his press conferences.
