The objective has to be to turn the 5v4 into a 2v1, 1v0 and /or take away the goalies eyes with a screen.

As talented as some of the Flames players are , the PP breaks down more times than not when they decide they are going to play 1v1 and / or overhandle the puck and play on the perimeter.

See Bruins PP. scary

Do whatever you want to Marner. It's all good. Elbow him in the head. He likes it.

I liked how he tried to bail on the hit and put himself in a worse position.

Should have just taken the hit.

Nice to see Mcbackup in the playoffs, he may not have been great in Calgary but I like him.

Aww I am gonna miss that, am watching on NBC.

Dealing with Pierre is way better than Simpson and Hughson.

Kind of what Kadri got suspended for? Guy went down put himself in a dangerous position.

I thought the onus is on the player hitting to layup on that?

I guess only for the Leafs.

I guess I shouldn't be surprised that some of you missed the joke, but I am a little disappointed.

As for the game, my god, the Bruins are good. Shades of 2011 good.

They really weren't the same hit. I know that's what Hughson and Simpson were alluding to, but Kadri's was from behind, with a player on his knees and intentional. The hit a moment ago wasn't predatory, wasn't from behind and the Leafs player wasn't on his knees facing the boards. The really aren't the same hit at all.

Kadri should have got 5 games. Stop your sniveling and whining. Not even close to the same infraction.

I'm not saying they are the same but that is a penalty.

LOL. Kadri saw a vulnerable player and made a predatory hit out of revenge.

Schaller had Marner lined up for a typical hit. Marner pulled away as the hit was being made, putting himself in a worse position.

Totally the same!

Its funny, I dont think the Leafs are even playing poorly, its just Boston is hummin right now, and there really is no answer for it when a tea is feeling it like they are. It wont last forvever, but damn is it impressive.

Toronto fans are a special kind of dumb. Kadri acted like a total jackass all game up until his dangerous hit.

If anything Babcock should chew his player out for putting himself in that position. Guy should have leaned back in to the check and not exposed himself to possible injury to avoid contact.
