What’s he up to now? 11 points in his last 15 games?
Weird to see how much Bennett’s play has turned around since getting good/decent linemates. Again...it’s almost like asking a 20/21 year old player to completely carry a line by himself was pure idiocy.
Awesome to see, and yet another freaking reason for a fanbase to show patience with player development. It’s not a straight line and circumstances are hugely important.
Enjoy the crow, as this is just the start for #93.
Now they need to get the PP into competent shape. If they continue to play the way they've been with the PP being useful, then this team is a good shape.
Bennett goes BEASTMODE! What a decision it was for him to fake going back behind the net, but instead cut up along the boards and cut in toward the net. Total power move.
Tkachuk had a hell of a game too.
Also, it appears Versteeg was a lot more important on the PP than many of us thought.. Wow our PP looks like wet turd right now

I think that line looks better when Hathaway is on it than Jagr.....as much as it pains me to say it.

This is a different Hathaway than we've seen, he's one point off of his career year already, which was 5 points in 26 games. He's played 6 since being recalled and is at 4 points. Jankowski is a great linemate for him.

Not sure Bennett scores that goal with Jagr on that line. Hathaway's speed and grit got that puck back down low and kept the play going. 3 very good games out of that 3rd line now. Tough decisions when Jagr is back.
Solid game, not great but I thought they were the better team. Canucks work hard and are better than I thought they would be.
