I am very confused on what happened there. BC got the penalty and I turned around for a sec and suddenly heard BC got the 1st down on 1 yard line. I don't get it.

I thought the Hamilton-Ottawa game first half was awful. Well, this game is beyond awful.

Jennings was playing awful until late in the first half. Stamps blew 3 opportunities and Stamps offense is not clicking because Mitchell is off his game. Nothing is working so far. Hopefully the 2nd half is different and Bo heats up. Even HC Dickenson is not sharp blowing that penalty call before BC scores a TD. He should ask for a measurement first then let BC take the penalty or decline it. That is a mistake that you wouldn't see Dickenson makes often. Rusty??
