This is a fairly arbitrary stat, but Recchi won cups with 3 different teams, in 3 different decades. 91 pens, 06 hurricanes, 11 bruins. His ages were also 23, 38 and 43.

Oddly enough, Nieuwendyk and Lemieux have the 3 decade thing down,
too. But neither got one in their 40's.

Obviously a lot more criteria to consider, but with 4 cups on 3 different teams and a conn smythe to his name, should Claude Lemieux be in this conversation? He was the best rat who was also a good player and probably the best player who was a good rat...with the hardware to justify it all
