thank you Granlund... should have finished them in regulation, but i'll take it...
People seriously just need to be grateful and stop whining about the lost point in OT. This is a fantastic result: Even had the Kings won they would still be in tough to make the playoffs at the expense of the Flames.

Kings are steaming after that OT loss - hope the Flames are ready for tough game tomorrow. Go Flames!
They exerted a ton of energy tonight, that game was intense as hell. Each shift guys were goin full throttle. Flames need to jump on the Kings tomorrow, but yes their desperation will be evident.

For what it's worth, the Kings just played an intense, physical game all night long that took them (seconds) into overtime, and now they travel to play Calgary tomorrow night. Some of their regulars were banged up during the game as well.
Flames can't ask for more of an advantage, hope they capitalize
How did Quick play? I wonder if Bishop will get the majority of the starts to end the season?
Quick played well, but I have no doubt that Bishop starts tomorrow night. The reason precisely why the Kings made this trade was for the Kings's four remianing back-to-backs.

Only really Quick who was steaming, the rest looked pretty defeated (as they generally do after OT losses).
And he has reason enough. Just found out that his job security suddenly evaporated, and lost a huge game in which he gave up 5 goals.
I wonder what Bishop will look like tomorrow. Can't imagine the team would want to play Quick again given his recent graduation from rehab. Hope the Flames forecheck hard - new goalies are always at risk of behind-the-net miscommunication, and rebound control misdirections.
honestly if I'm the Flames I'm thinking #### these guys...perception true or not is that the Kings acquired Bishop to keep him away from Calgary. Would be motivating for me
