Ramo could have done better with the first, second less so, but other than that he was back to his solid self. Hiller gets the nod for Anaheim, but then Ramo should get another start, go back to rotating the goalies.
Pleased for Gio to get another point, after the tough night he had, he deserved some tangible reward. Didn't think any lines other than the 3rd worked well as a trio, but there were a lot of good individual displays. Hudler and Johnny were pretty quiet, but Granlund stepped up when we needed him. Pleased for Byron, Jooris and Sven, they deserved their points tonight, pure effort from all 3. Sean was quiet in the offence, but he did a quiet but effective job in shutting down the top Sens line. Glencross was pretty bad, but then his pass to Jooris for the 3rd showed what he can do. Jones injured, what a shock. Kinda feel for him because he's done well in the last few games.
Glad we've got a couple of days to rest up, because we're gonna need everyone(well, almost everyone) fit and firing for the Ducks. Our first true test of the season.

Where was the delay of game call against the send at the end of the 2nd if the panel is going to talk about missed calls.
I thought I was the only one wondering about that. Maybe because the puck didn't actually go out until after the buzzer, though it was shot before the buzzer
Different people stepping up every night. Not saying were a championship caliber team in the least, however that is what championship teams do night in night out. This team is on the right track. Playoffs are very possible this year. This team is progressing, growing. We're seeing some great stuff from this organization
Great job of hanging around and waiting to capitalize on chances (Anderson just has to avoid playing the puck). Amazing to see the team pull together in period 1 with just 4 dmen.
Anyone know what Jones' injury is? At the rate that we are loosing players, we will be keeping up guys like Jooris who are very deserving of staying. Shutout to Sven too who looks way better now that he has some confidence.
Smid and Engelland got eaten alive this game by power moves. Killer when those two aren't being beat by speed but power moves. Wonder how long until Wootherspoon is ready to replace one of them.
