Winnipeg - Bad winters
Montreal - Primarily tax reasons. Fishbowl media environment wouldn't be much fun either
Buffalo - Crappy city and ownership
New Jersey - Not sure about the ownership group with the team
Nashville - Not into country music
New York Islanders - Gong show ownership. Change ownership and I would likely change my mind
