Boston has traded Jordan Crawford and Marshawn Brooks to Golden State, Toney Douglas will go to Miami, Joel Anthony goes to Boston. Boston will also receive in the three team trade from Miami, Philadelphia's projected future first-round pick and a future second round pick.

Heat just dumped Joel Anthony, does it mean Bynum is signing with them?

Jimmy Butler set a Bulls' regular-season franchise record playing 60 minutes in 3OT win over Magic, most minutes played by a player since 2001. Jalen Rose played 61 for Pacers against the Rockets in March 2001. And something I found on twitter, according to SportVU Butler ran 3.93 miles tonight - highest in the NBA this season.

Carmelo has broken Bernard King's Knicks record of 60 points with 62 on a ridiculous 23/35, 6/11 threes and 10/10 FT. 13 rebounds for good measure.

Kobe had the 61 point record. But crazy game by Melo.

Kobe scored 61 at MSG back in 09. It was the record for most points scored at the Garden until Melo broke it tonight.

did Derozan get hurt? He's only at 21 minutes and Casey has been unable to ever not play him at least 30 minutes.
Good for Ross though. That's awesome. 10 for 17 from 3 land. 16 for 32 in the game, 48 points as of now.

Ross just hit 50 points!
Wow.
I hope DeRozan is ok, but I really want to see what this team can do without both Gay and DeRozan in the lineup. And Lowry too. Basically all three ball hogs.

So the box score I saw wasn't a glitch. I wish I didn't fall asleep before the game started..

I hate my Flames tanking, but in basketball, you have to tank. My Jazz need Jabari Parker, and they keep winning games. Hopefully we somehow find a way to get him.

I see the Lakers getting the #1 pick, followed by the Knicks if they miss the playoffs and then the Kings as their repayment for the new arena. Milwaukee falls to 8th in the lottery as punishment for not having a new arena yet. The NBA Draft Lottery: Where Rigged Happens.

Kevin Durant truly is something else. I hope he takes the MVP this year and can win a championship soon. How can you hate a guy like this?

Yeah, I'm really rooting for Durant to keep this going. Sometimes I think Oklahoma would work better as a team built purely around complementary players for Durant, rather than the two-headed beast of Durant and Westbrook.
Interesting aside, in the OKC/Nets game, Brooklyn set the NBA record for fewest rebounds with 17, partly because OKC was shooting such a high percentage. But Garnett, Plumlee, Evans, Teletovic, and Blatch had a combined 4 rebounds.
