I love threads like these. Sends me on a youtube musical journey. Took me to Bad Religion, Death by Stereo, Rise against. I would nominate next seasons opening song to Rise Against's song Satellites to kick off the youth movement.

Perfect song, very Flames appropriate and just a good "pump you up" song. I'd start around 50 sec. though.
EDIT: Stupid question, but do you need the bands permission do use it for an NHL team?

I'm not sure how this would work but I am shocked that Hendrix and his song Fire has not been mentioned. It's upbeat, recognizable, has a flame theme and the first words "all right" almost sound like he could be cheering.VIDEO

I agree; this is a great new option for a goal song.
