Poor Brett Wallace has to be right out of confidence. His team has 14 hits and 12 outs...he's 0-3 with3 strikeouts. I think any of us might have a shot at matching Wallace's numbers thus far.

Remember when he was the future 1B of the Blue Jays?

How much longer is Justin Upton going to continue his torrid start? His 415 double in tonight's game is more than likely a homer in any other major league park beside Marlins Park. He is been smashing baseballs with some kind of force so far.

What is weird is that Atlanta is hardly a hitters park, whereas the one in Phoenix is. Maybe he figured he better try hitting the ball hard this year.

That Gose trade looks okay now. At worst Gose will be a defensive replacement, pinch runner. If Wallace can't hit, he is not much use.

Probably more to do with being on a team that doesn't smear his name in the media.

Good on him for not backing down! Collarbones don't take very long to heal just next time he should come out swinging instead of body checking since that was his downfall

Quentin is probably facing a decent suspension for that idiocy... I understand being pissed but there's no way he got hit on purpose on a 3-2 count with his team losing by 1. Not to mention the fact that his stance should be called the human beanbag.

As someone who doesn't watch a tonne of baseball, I think Quentin's behaviour should be encouraged! Brawls are always entertaining to watch
More seriously, when you've been plunked 3 times by the same pitcher I think it seems a little suspicious

I am just starting to watch the game, I'll chime in later. Quentin got blasted in the wrist in the 2nd game, probably just pissed that he got hit yet again.
EDIT: 1st game in the series, not the 2nd.

Not sure who this Fujikawa is for the Cubs but might be time for him to look for new job that was awful.
Lol
And then D-bag Romo gives up a HR to blow the save himself.

Watching the brawl. No sign of any intention to me, Greinke started having control issues the inning before and the reason the Padres got that run in. And yeah 3-2 pitch count too. Greinke chirped something, not sure what he said to goat him but Quentin is having a crappy series and evidently it didn't take much to blow his top.
And Kemp is acting like a child.

Preordered and received Out of the Park Baseball 14 today. Such a deep simulation. Recommend to any baseball fan who likes management sims.

Halladay was better today, anyone watch it? He went 8 strong and only threw 87 pitches, how was his velocity?
