Yeah, the slow motion replay does make it seem like they both make contact which would be the right call anyways.

I think it's inconclusive so it's whatever the ref decided originally.

No this isn't reviewable because the hi stick did not put the puck in the net. The puck was knocked onto the goal line and then tootoo finished it off. The play was ended when tootoo touched the puck after a highstick.
