When your two leading rebounders play guard and shooting guard, that is a problem. If the 4 and 5 spot don't pick up the rebounding game, it will be a repeat of prior seasons.

Bargniani played almost the entire game and bad 1 rebound if I recall correctly.

Bargnani is holding back the team considerably. His defense has been atrocious, his hustle non-existent, his rebounding as pathetic as ever(actually even more useless than ever). The fact remains that he is an entirely one dimensional player who shouldn't see the court unless he is scoring. He brings nothing to the lineup whatsoever outside of making shots.

Davis should be starting and finishing games. Bargnani should come off the bench. Davis hustles, is a good rebounder, light years better defender.

Bargnani is a spot up shooter. Use him properly and he would be at least some help even though it's a vast overpayment for what he could bring. Trading him would be the best option.

On a championship team, Bargnani's a good 6th man to have. When his shooting is going well, he's the go to guy. Too often he's scared to assert himself in the paint and that's such a waste to have a 7 footer playing perimeter and off-balance jump shots. On this Raptor team though, I understand why they play him as a starter - they're lacking a fluid scorer and he's somewhat their best scorer.

Lowry injured his ankle during the second quarter tonight and didn't return. Casey says that he should be alright.

They got thoroughly dominated today, but I think it was just a learning experience. They weren't keeping their feet moving and OKC was sticking to them like a fat kid on cake. It's just one of those games you'll see during the year.

Terribly unwatchable game.

That's why when I continue to hear that they are still after Gay I have a tiny glimmer of hope. They do need a consistent scorer. Lowry will get his but DD is up and down and would be a better third option.

I'd rather see Davis in the starting lineup anyway. Calderon and ? for Gay is my hope.

At least you didn't have to sit through it in person! It was a cool experience to see an NBA game in OKC but, wow, that was bad.

Our defense is just non-existent this year. They need to pick it up

They don't look like they're trying hard enough, honestly.

All right as in what? That looked like a significant foot sprain. Wouldn't be surprised to see Lowry out for 2-4 weeks.

I don't know man. Just repeating what Casey said during his half-time interview.

Going to my first ever Raptors game tonight! Very excited to finally get to one... I never seem to be in TO during basketball season. Disappointed that Lowry won't be in the lineup tonight, though.

With Lowry they had a bit of a shot but with the current group it's same as last year, no chance at all!

Man, the Raps played great in the first quarter, but this second quarter was a disaster. Calderon is simply not distributing the ball that well, and the other players seem to be very flat footed, where they're not bothering getting open. Not good.

Bargiani bricking that free throw and the crowd booing pretty much says it all.

I've been a proponent of Kleiza for awhile, and tonight he's on fire. Some of the most aggressive play I've seen in awhile from a Raptor.

He was impressive in the US-Lithuania game in the Olympics, although he did also seem like the guy the States were leaving open a lot as well.

Well, it looks like Bargs is possibly single handedly f'ing up the sure win. Should be an interesting last 3 minutes.
