JWTelegraph Jeremy Wilson
Expectation is that new Champ Lge place will go to new team nominated by Turkey or club in playoff with highest ranking...(which is Arsenal)

Trabonzaspor (spelling is 100% wrong) get the CL Spot

Di Natale just put Udinese up 1-0

Personally I don't think a loss to Udinese would be that infamous. They are still a team that finished third in the Serie A, even if that leagues quality has dimished in recent years.

I get that, it would just mean that they'd be knocked out of the CL. Thats a huge loss in revenue.

Not to mention, they had 3rd in the EPL locked up last year until they mailed in their last few games and got passed by City.

Huge goal for Arsenal by van Persie. But now Udinese need 2 goals to go through. Tough ask.

Arsenal are probably safe now though.

I'm not going to lie, that game could have given me a heart attack. Glad they made it through but I hope no one throws on the red glasses and thinks that there are not huge holes on this team that need to be fixed.

Great effort from the Gunners, though the the midfield is pretty ugly right now. Massive game for Chesney (not even trying...) and I thought Jenkinson and Gervinho were fantastic.

This is the flawed qualification system. Arsenal had to play a qualification game to get into the Champion's League at all, and because they won it they're now joining the top seeds in the first pot?

How does that make sense? City finished higher than Arsenal and got a guaranteed spot, but in the third pot meaning a tougher draw and Arsenal finished fourth, won a playoff and get into the first pot meaning an easier draw?

Theres some interesting draws in there. Group A looks vicious. Villareal can surprise anyone and a Bayern firing on all cylinders is a huge threat. Not to mention that City have looked insanely good lately.

Arsenal might have trouble with Borussia Dortmund, although their loss of Nuri Sahin was a significant blow. Still, they are the reigning German champions.

AC Milan are in for the fight of their lives.

A real interesting draw for Dinamo. I'm hoping to catch a couple of those games in-person because those are solid teams in their group.
