If ifs and nuts were candy and nuts.

Bombers had 2 dropped touchdowns in the 1st half and a dropped interception deep in rider territory.

Bombers were the better team today, and, all season. This is the right result.

They don't get the call for the exact same thing they called on Cox. In fact, the call they didn't get was more blatant.

Glen Johnson and his puppets prove time and time again they are ####ing dumb as rocks.

First Bombers win on Labour Day since 2004.

Lol there's the cfl we all remember.

Drama, 4th qtr comebacks, last minute heroics. And of course the refs hilariously deciding the game with 20s left on an awful call.

@nike118:
Cheated out of a better finish. #SaskvsPeg booth should have stepped in and corrected the call.

We were told in training camp somebody is watching to make sure they get every call right.

it wasn't and the refs made the right call

you can blame the refs all you want, but at the end of the day, riders choked on key plays

DD with that interception,
Crapinga with only 1 of 3 FG attempts (and a missed conversion),
Jones and his predictable 3rd down gambles which backfired and ended up as 3rd down turnovers.

Refs should be the last people you should be blaming this loss on

They were consistently awful, I'll give them that.

Haha. Damn, Sask and their whining again. I don't hear the other teams complain about Sask being offside every single play. I didn't see any homer media tweets go out when Bagg was half a mile offside in the first Stamps game that gave them a free TD. It might be better if Sask followed the rules. Then they wouldn't even be in these games and wouldn't be so disappointed in the close loss.

The Riders missed two make able FG's, tossed two costly interceptions, lost two foolish 3rd down gambles, and wasted their challenges on two plays that were never going to be overturned. Notice how they are making all their mistakes in pairs? That's what happens with a bad team tha is poorly coached. Blaming the officials for this loss is simply putting lipstick on the pig that is the Saskatchewan Roughriders.

Pretty much, that's what I was trying to say, the ball just has to be moving, by the time it leaves the center's hands the receiver can absolutely be a couple yards downfield.

Yeah, in my opinion the Roughriders could/should have won it, they made too many mistakes and gave it away. Kudos to Winnipeg, they took advantage and didn't make the same mistakes. Hopefully the green guys show up for the banjo bowl, Winnipeg is very beatable

Some of you Rider fans need to learn the rules. Pass interference can only be challenged by the coach tossing a flag. It can't be challenged by the replay booth. The eye in the sky can only correct measurable penalties like offside or ball spot.

That was Nic Lewis that tweeted that, not some random Riders fan.

First of all, the booth isn't going to review pass interference calls, anyone who says that is foolish.

Second of all in the Picard video it looks from that angle that there was enough of a jersey tug past the 5 yard zone to turn the receivers shoulders. To me that looked pretty legit.

The Riders pissed the game away, and though Durant had a good game, he also threw a key pick when they needed him not to.

There's just a whole tonne of whining coming from the Riders every week, it feels like they think they're entitled to a different rule book.

I don't recall them being upset when Bagg caught a long TD pass against the Stamps on a play where he was clearly two yards offside. Bad calls happen and typically even out over the course of the season and Riders fans should be looking squarely at the people running the team and not blaming their woeful season on the league and officiating.
