Because he is poor defensively and makes some really dumb plays at bad times.
I also question how well he will fit into the team Canada system/plan when he is going to be counted on as a 6th/7th guy who can't make mistakes and he likes to just do whatever the hell he wants.
And as mentioned he is a huge d-bag so not much to like about his personality either.
