Up until the very last election, just a few months ago, I was convinced that there was a lot of hyperbole about how dumb Americans were, or how low the American government can go. I think I was really off, and it's eye-opening. It's genuinely shocking to see Trump and J.D. Vance get a lot of praise and high-fives from the conservatives in the United States. These are truly lost and terrible people.

I have no idea how even to articulate how I'm feeling right now. I do know that I'm going to try and divest myself of anything American. We won't vacation in the States anymore. I won't set foot on American soil. Anytime we go on holiday, it'll be to Europe or Canada. Even if the Jets make it to Game 7 of the Stanley Cup playoffs, if it's on American soil, I won't go.

The American state should become a global pariah. Every free, western, democratic country should lock arms against the Americans. They are truly lost.
