Inexcusable 3rd period, sloppy everywhere.

Honed his craft under the tutelage of Willie D. Who the Canucks fired.
Total speculation here, but had the Flames not hired GG, Vancouver would have fired him too.

I'd bet scoring chances are 2:1 in favour of the Flames tonight, so if he says to stick to their system, he's correct.
Nucks have buried their chances, while the Flames haven't. These nights happen now and then.

Ita not that the game got away, our coach makes dumb decisions that coatbus games.

If we had buried some of those chances in the first 40 minutes, the Flames still win this one. Full props to Markstrom for keeping his team in it early on when the game probably should have been out of reach.

Flames playing nonchalant when they carried the play cost them this game. That isn't really the coaches fault, he isn't telling them to get lazy on defence.

Bennett is useless. Gulutzan has ruined him. Bennett needs a month in the press box to try and get his head straight. I really wish we could send him to the minors.

Hey don't get me wrong, clearly not on the same level as feeding Bart and the 4th line ice time when down by a pair at the end of a game but still very exciting!

This has been a frustrating game and likely becomes one of a couple where we deserved to win despite the score. Since we've won a few we deserved to lose, it's evening up, but the Flames have played well several games in a row now.
Some of you need to step back from the ledge.

Is there anything he can do? Can't score or setup or much of anything. Wait he is very good at taking bozo penalties and turning the puck over. So he does have some game!

This game isnt on Gulutzan. The players need accountability and they had some bad breaks that led to chances and Smith wasnt on tonight

I think some of us should come in off the ledge. This is going to be a long year if this amount of hand wringing and hyperventilating happens in every game thread. They will get things figured out. .

Have fun in the bottom 5 this season. Such a terrible team that Baertschi is on your first line.
