Play to resume at 8:30 EDT. Singles matches to go on Monday, but if not completed all remaining matches will be considered halves.
Quote:
Play will resume at the Ryder Cup on Sunday, but the singles matches have officially been scheduled for the first Monday finish in tournament history.
The third session will resume at 8:30 a.m. (et) Sunday, but all 12 singles matches are on tap for Monday, starting at 4:05 a.m. With no more stoppages, the Ryder Cup should be decided by sunset on Monday and that becomes important.
Per the captain's agreement, play must end by 1:43 p.m. Monday. If any matches are still on the course at Celtic Manor at that point, they will be considered halves and the score will be calculated accordingly.

That sucks. Halved if they aren't completed? Imagine my delight though when I woke up at 6:00AM and saw that no golf had happened yet. Perfect timing, although I would have preferred being able to start watching the singles matches. All these delays have led to this thing having no flow to it whatsoever.

Yanks are in a world of trouble unless they pull some magic out here in the last hour or so.

Kuchar with a nice putt gets an American flag on the board.

Swings and roundabouts in the Ryder Cup. US could easily take 3 of 4 points here. Or none.

no kidding...things just swung around in a 15 minute stretch there.
If the US goes into singles tied at 8, I like their chances.

I'm a couple hours behind in the footage still, but Mickelson is absolutely useless at the Ryder Cup. The Stricker/Woods debacle is a bit of a surprise- I wonder if they would have done better as a four ball team for the 3rd session.
Pretty strange that Overton is probably the American's strongest player.

More swings in the last 10 minutes, and not in the Americans favor.

The US are getting killed on the 15th because their strategy is so poor.
For example in the Mickleson match (and in most of the other matches) the two European guys have the honour on 15 and both go for it in one with driver and go into the thick rough. So why doesn't one of the US guys lay up on the island to the left and have a 100 yard pitch shot. Instead they also both drive wildly into the rough as well. I saw this happen 3 times. Two Americans not being able to birdie a 350 yard hole.

It does suck but nothing they can do. I was initially afraid that all matches would be halved NOW and they wouldn't even play into Monday.

The last weather forecast for tomorrow that I saw looked pretty good, or at least better than today, so hopefully they get it all done. It would be a shame to have it end with matches being halved.

Euros (commentators/analysts) are getting a little too arrogant for my liking.

Nothing new.
-----
Phil hasn't been too useless, his partners have been though. D. Johnson couldn't make a put more than 3 feet in two full matches and Fowler has been no help in this match.
Phil pulled this back match by himself from 3 DN to AS but now he's struggled again and Euros will win the match. Fowler has done nothing. It's one man playing two.

Johnny Miller would be the exact same way if the Yanks were in the lead though.

Nooooo not even close. The Brits actually use the words "we" and "us'.
And say other homer things. Miller bashes everyone

Wow, what a shot by the brothers.
Looks like 9.5 to 6.5... that's a big lead.

I'd agree with this. It is very partisan here. Boxing is by far the worst. Surprisingly soccer, cricket and rugby (union) less so.

That was a bad session of golf for the Americans. I know they made some matches close but they shouldn't have even put themselves in that position in the first place.
