Forgot to post the end of the game update last night. Wichita State ended up beating Iowa 74-57 behind twin 18 point performances form Sophomores Toure' Murry and Garret Stutz. Next up, a date with Cleveland State on Saturday in Ohio.

And the Zags win the Maui Invitational. Have played some really close games the last 3 years there and feels good to finally win one. Beat some quality teams on the way to winning the tournament too! Mark Few deserves a lot of credit here for getting this program off to a good start with so many changes

Few is simply one of the best pure basketball coaches in the country. He never gets the recognition he deserves, to be quite honest.

Big 12 is looking stronger than I thought it would be at the beginning of the season. Based on early season results UT, KU, Tech, A&M, OK st., Baylor, K State, and possibly Nebraska could go dancing this year. Obviously a lot can change but all of them should have good records going into conference play.
