Chinese beef brisket and tendon. Sooo fatty and the sauce is the best to go on rice.

If you don't get bacon you didn't do a very good job and need to practice your stuffing skills.
If she throws a box of cereal at you and pours milk down the back of your shift, you should maybe give up the art of stuffing and buy the boxed variety.

You'd totally end up with uber soggy nachos though.

Reading this thread, I just had a shocking revelation: stuffing + bacon. Get a block of slab bacon, cut into into cubes and lightly pan fry, then put it in with the bread and celery and onion and seasonings, cook, and then serve. It seriously makes my mouth salivate just to type that. Holy crap. I know what I'm making for Christmas this year...

You might enjoy this German "delicacy":
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schmaltz
Schmaltz or schmalz is renderedpig, chicken, or goosefat used for frying or as a spread on bread, especially in German and Polish cuisine. Someone with wealth, may be given the name schmalz, seeing as someone with money could afford 'schmalz' meat. The brown fatty residue left in the pan after frying bacon is schmalz (although the melted fat that is usually referred to as schmalz has a whitish color).

See, I don't know why EC is getting so much grief.
She doesn't like stuffing, bacon or watermelon but I think those are awesome so I could take care of those items and she could have my beets, tomatoes, and brussel sprouts.
That would be a win-win.

You're saying this like it's *bad* - it'd be like those taco-in-a-bag things!
I should take it to Stampede next year: "Jammies' Cheeze'n'Turkey Nacho-like Substance Shack." Right beside the first-aid station - just in case.
