Yup, there is mold in all outside air.
When you have your place environmentally inspected they do outside air tests as the baseline. If you have different strains of mold inside your house that aren't present in the air outside, you likely have a moisture problem.
Health wise mold isn't a problem unless you have an allergy to it and it's present in large enough amounts to trigger your allergy, or if it's the strains that produce mycotoxins, in which case your screwed no matter who you are.
