According to todays herald EB Chinook will be open at midnight, but they didn't mention any others.

Since I'm a pc gamer, I don't get the option on GTA IV, so I started playing San Andreas again. I've forgotten how much fun that game can be.
There's nothing like sticking a satchel charge on some innocent person and then pressing the detonator.
Or causing a 50 car pileup.
Or sneaking into the military base and stealing a tank and doing the vigilante missions.
What an amazing game.
PC gamers everywhere are morning no GTA IV for the PC

I just called and confirmed, EB Games - Country Hills will be open at midnight tonight, not sure if they have additional copies for people that didnt pre-order, but if you did you should be in luck

Keep in mind it's a piece of the game to minimize load times. The whole game won't be loaded on your hard drive.

I called the future shop by my place and they said they are getting 40 special edition copies and 400 regular edition copies for each system in. So I started today not even remembering this game was coming out to probably standing in line at midnight waiting for a special edition copy of it for PS3, while not even owning a PS3 yet.

Just a heads up. I saw an ad at Walmart just off 64th Ave that they will have copies of the game at 12:01am. If I have no luck there tonight, I'll just go to Superstore first thing in the morning.

Looks fantastic. I'm just a tiny bit sad that there aren't planes anymore. I use to like stealing the 747 and taking it to the max attitude. Then precision sky dive into a small body of water without a parachute since you don't die if you land in deep water
