A 19" LCD HP computer monitor. Getting rid of my old CRT monitor also makes me feel like I've bought a new desk.

It was just to replenish a few essentials and get a few odds and ends for supper. We're taking off for a bit so this week the goal is to eat everything in the fridge. Take no prisoners. No one gets left behind.
Then when we get back we'll buy $300 worth of groceries.

You know what I just bought? Oh, it was a banner year at the old Crunch family. I got a carton of cigarettes. The old man grabbed me and said, "Hey, smoke up Captain." Alright?

That's the last time, Crunch. That the last time you ever make me look bad in front of those kids, you hear me? I make $31,000 a year and I have a home and I'm not about to throw it all away on some punk like you. But someday when you're outta here and you've forgotten all about this place and they've forgotten all about you, and you're wrapped up in your own pathetic life, I'm gonna be there. That's right. And I'm gonna kick the living s**t out of you. I'm gonna knock your dick in the dirt.

My impression of life at Captain's house, "Son?" "Yeah, Dad?" "How was your day, son?" "Great, Dad. How's yours?" "Super. Say, how would like to go fishing this weekend?" "Great, Dad. But I got homework to do." "That's okay, son. You can do it on the boat." "Gee." "Hon, isn't our son swell?" "Yes, dear. Isn't life swell?"

Is this the part that I get to impregnate the Prom Queen?
Just wondering, cause that would be like totally cool.

Well not at present, but I can see you really pushing maximum density. See I'm not sure if you know this, but there are two kinds of fat people: there's fat people that were born to be fat, and there's fat people that were once thin but became fat... so when you look at 'em you can sorta see that thin person inside. You see, you're gonna get married, you're gonna squeeze out a few puppies and then, uh...

You'll note it's usually the same poster or two... just toss them on ignore and you won't have to see these insanely annoying reminders that some people just aren't mature enough to propogate.
My most recent purchase (well, in a day or two, flights have been picked): 5 plane tickets to get me into and out of Africa for 4 months.

Does gas count? I put $24 of gas in the wifes vehichle on Sunday Night. I'll go down to Oroville and fill the thing today since it's like 20 cents a litre cheaper...just didn't feel like making that trek on Sunday, I feel like a loser when I get to the border and I'm like....see that Texaco station....thats where I'm going and I'll be back in about 7 minutes. Maybe tonight I'll stop in at a pub and enjoy a $2 drink of some type so it's 20 minutes.
If gas doesn't count than I'll have to say Sattelite radio and one years subscription for the vehichle. Okanagon radio stations are terrible.

Hey i got mine from futureshop for $619.00 Regular price was $697.00 or something like that but best buy had it on sale and i had a future shop gift card so they price matched it for me. Take a look on the site, it's very easy to install if you get it from a retail store, basically plug and play and all you have to do is call shaw and give them the serial number of your box. Hope that helps

Minor Purchase: 591 ml bottle of Pepsi and $5.50 for parking in the Art Parkade.
Major Purchase: Leather sectional with double recliner and hide-a-bed. That was almost 3 grand that Slava shoulda seen at RRSP time!
For the record, I love the hookers and blow references.
