I can tell you which commercial I HATE.
Mr Wendy, the unofficial Wendy's spokesman. I swear to god, everytime I see that commercial I want to throw a large, heavy object at my TV, or beat it with a blunt object. I will never go to Wendy's so long as that guy is on the air.

My favourites are from a couple of years ago. I think the first one is for AIWA. The guy's driving a hearse rocking out to Queen's "Another one Bites the Dust"

Man, I've never laughed so hard at a commercial than when I saw this. Too funny.
I've got an honerable mention though, anyone seen wingman?

Another hilarious one - for me anyway - is the new commercial from Dairy Queen for their Brownie Fudge concoction.
It opens with a sorrowful guy talking with a lisp: "It all started one day when my wife was making fudge brownies . . . ."
And the scene switches to the kitchen where this guy is picking up a mixmaster covered in brownie dough and putting the blades to his tongue with his finger on the trigger. . . . .
The scene fades to the outside of the house and his screams.
Then we see him eating one of the new Dairy Queen fudge brownie ice cream treats which is "very soothing."

Speaking of that commericial.......
Did anyone see when it first came out, they showed the guy sticking his tongue into the mixmaster, and then they showed it turn on, and seemingly "mangle" hsi tongue. I thought it was a little disturbing for prime time tv, and sure enough a week later the new version arrived, not showing the mixmaster "mix" the guys tongue.
If youve seen the orginal you may agree when I say "dairy queen, what the f*** where you thinking?"
Yeah it was funny, but I certainly woudlnt want young childern to see this commercial, the most VIOLENT commerical of all time.

I thought the uneditted one was so funny because it was way over the top.
<!--QuoteBegin-Reaper@Aug 7 2004, 01:55 PM
Aw, that's the editted version.
The better, uneditted version actually shows the guy with his tongue caught in the blender beaters with lots of screaming, close-up shots of him, close-up shots of his wife screaming hysterically, etc. I love it because it's so over the top.
You can still see the commercial on some American networks in its uneditted form. I only got to see the original a few times on Canadian television. I bet some over protective mothers saw the original and figured it would traumatize their children so they called to protest. [/quote]

There are so many commericals I seen in my life that are worthy to be posted. Unfortunately I've forgotten them! One commerical that stands out for me is the Dairy Queen blizzard commerical. The one where they are promotong the cheesecake flavour and a guy with a baby buys one. The baby wants it and the father says no, so the baby kicks him in the nuts. He lowers his head in pain. Then the baby cracks his head against his! Love it!!!

My top 4 in no particular order
John West Salmon
The PETA add with the mechanical cats having sex.
The "I am Canadian" add where the Canadian guy pulls the shirt over the American guy to give him a hockey style beating.
The beer ad (Budweiser I think) with the talking french table hockey players

Damn I was gonna use that one, it is one funny commercial! I found it on Kazza a couple years back pretty damn funny. Another funny one would have to be that Pepsi commercial with the bear and he finishes the food and is thirsty goes to the store and buys some pepsi with a cheque and the guy working behind the till asks for ID.

If you see that commercial again I would urge you to watch it closely from start to finish. You will find it much funnier as they imply that the bears just finished eating a guy, took his clothes, identification and chequebook then went to buy Pespsi dressed up as him. Very funny as the guy has a big beard in his I.D. picture.
