Loved the movie, definitely in the quality mould of Wedding Crashers, Old School and American Pie.
Michael Cera is amazing, his awkwardness and mannerisms are bang on.
Loved his kareoke nightmare at the party. Haven't we all been to parties that are going south like that.
Funny throughout and without moralizing which is a plus too.

just got in the door.

For me the best line in the movie was

"you won't meet a good girl at a bar, you have to meet them at spin classes, farmers' markets, or a pumpkin patch (pause) when they're in season"

My sweet whore I couldn't stop laughing at the "when they're in season" part. I was in tears and couldn't breathe.

I have such an odd sense of humour

that line did a number on me too. Those little lines that don't mean much in the movie often mean the difference between decent and great movies. Especially comedies.

oh man, I went to see it tonight....I (as well as the rest of the theatre) was laughing so hard that I'm going to have to watch it again just to hear the jokes that I missed while laughing

Another Canadian in Superbad is the actress who plays Becca. Martha MacIsaac is from Charlottetown, PEI.

I just went to go see this movie again...and I have to mention the opening credits, where it's just them dancing in coloured silhouette...that possibly made me laugh as hard as any part of that movie.
Just totally classic.

My friend next to me asked me if I was alright, as I'm sure I turned blue from my inablity to breathe with tears rolling down my cheecks.

I also loved the opening credits with them dancing.

It was a great movie. I generally am not a fan of teen comedies. However there was some humour mixed in with the smut.

Loved the movie, I was laughing out loud in so many parts of that movie. The line that got me was "yeah, it's like a division sign" (when referring to the tight jeans and the shape his nuts were in)

I'm hoping that this movie brings some interest back to Arrested Development, who has Michael Cera also star in it. I'm sure most of you have seen that show, but for those of you who haven't, it is probably one of the funniest shows I have ever seen. I really hope they bring that series back on the air.

Yeah, right at the start of that movie I knew I would have trouble catching my breath throughout the rest of it.

While this is a long lost dream of mine because I love that show(see avatar) it know it will never happen as Michel Huntiz the creator has said “this show will never air again”

Saw this movie last night just awesome the banter better the two main characters was awesome, I love how iconic there personalities where…I can’t believe people are comparing Old School and Wedding Crashers to this movie…those movies where complete and utter garbage compared to Superbad

A little interesting fact Seth Rogan (the fat cop) wrote that movie, along with his buddy while they where in high school

Saw it last night. I was a bit skeptical at first because usually movies that the masses say are funny I do not find funny (Old School, Wedding Crashers, etc), but this one was hilarious. So many funny parts, not just one or two.

The funniest part for me was the line:
"Yeah, they said that would happen in health class"

I was laughing for about 5 minutes straight. Like many others have pointed out Cera does the awkward teenager role to perfection.

Superbad essentially ends my summer movie fest(well, the ones I wanted to see) and Superbad ranks in my top 3 of the year.

1. Transformers
2. Superbad
3. Live Free or Die Hard
4. Bourne Ultimatum
5. Knocked Up

On a side note.....the dude who plays McLovin in Superbad was in the theatre last night....he was awesome.
Much of the cast and writers of Superbad are all Canadian.

Man I am surprised that this movie got such great reviews, it was somewhat funny, but not as funny as I thought it would be. Would have rather just rented it.
