I'm glad they're at least sticking to acquiring draft picks and not holding on to players just to increase playoff chances.
Return not surprising for a 3rd pairing rental, people way overvaluing Zadorov here imo

That's cap space acquired though as well. Something that could garner a greater return elsewhere. Zads wanted to he gone, he gone.

Weak. But frankly isn’t a complete reflection of Conroy’s ability. The big fish are where he’ll make his early fate. This is underwhelming for a unique defencemen. I wish he just held onto him until the deadline. Surely he’d have got a second right?

Unless they can Weaponizing the cap space, this is smelling more like addition by subtraction.
The clip the other day with Weegar telling him about being on ice for goals against was very telling in my opinion. His teammates didn’t want him around anymore.
