The problem is, its only the rentals that anyone would want, as players like Hubby, Kadri and Marky has too much continuing cap hit to be of any interest to anyone.
Sure you can get a low first round pick for guys like Lindholm and Hanifin, much like we did with Iggy and Boumeester in the day. Unless we get lucky and hit on those picks, we'll be back to were we were years ago.
I doubt any one is trading upper echelon prospects for rentals.
