 Best of luck to Toffoli in NJ, I wanted him moved because of his age/contract and where we are as a team but he gave his all in Calgary and performed great. Nothing but positives to say about him as a Flame,

They were not getting a 1st round in 2023 obviously, otherwise I am they would have taken it.
 
They got a decent youngish forward with upside and a third round pick.
