In the 1980s and early 1990s, police say, the province's marijuana trade was dominated by outlaw motorcycle gangs like the Hells Angels and a smaller number of independent, "mom-and-pop" operations.

Clearly it's a reality that in the late 80s and early 90s, white people were drug dealers who terrorized our communities.

If that was what was said then I would say screw those whites that are giving us a bad name.

I understand that the idea that all asians/Lebs/pakistanis etc. do wrong is a plague in our society that negativly affects those that are doing the right thing, but I would think that rather than blame the general public for making generalizatiosn people would be mad at the fact that many in their community are doing things that make these generaliztions turn out to be fact in many instances.

It is amazing how participation in crime almost exactly corrolates to Incarceration!!! Absolutely shocking....that. Darn whities!
