It's actually good, stats wise goalies usually have a worse game after a shut-out. I forget where I read that part, but there was an article somewhere about it.

FWIW Friedman speculated the Flames originally had Vladar penciled in to start in Detroit, but because they were winless they went with Markstrom.

Haven't those historically gone horribly for us? Seems like it always backfires starting a goalie who had a shutout just previously.

Works on the app but not from a PC. The picture quality sucks on the app so I have to choose poorer quality to watch the game because they're so F'ed up.
