Doesn't that put them over the cap? 232k in Cap space left.



And they're close to the same if not worse on the blueline then last year if Klefbom is hurt.



If they can get a stay at home top 3 for 4 million bucks they might have a chance.

only way I can see them make their cap situation work is if they trade RNH in a cap dump now. Smith is just another dumb contract to add to those they already have.

Yes, Klefbom will be on LTIR, so they have $4,399,509 of room and they need to add 2 defensemen (Bear + ???)

And if Klefbom returns from LTIR before the season ends. they are right fooking hooped.

Or he doesn't come back at all and nurse and barrie are their shut down defence pairing. Holland is a mess
