Hosed by the league in game 2.
12 seconds away from victory here.
What should be a sweep is instead 2-2.
Depressing stuff, but Flames are still in it. Keep the faith!

One 5v5 goal again. Not good enough. 0 5v5 goals from the Monahan line all playoffs. It is a problem.

I’m referring to one-sided games, which you can’t argue about considering the last 2 games.

If Reader's stick doesn't break we win the game in OT. That was desperation by the Stars and we almost won, nothing is over yet. That being said Sean Monahan was hot fn garbage today. Two almost own goals and a dumb penalty is all he did out there. Needs to get his head out of his ass.

I blame this one on Ward. He never settled the team down once the ice became tilted. Flames been sitting back since the second period.

Bad change that led to the winning goal by the top line. Didn't get it deep and didnt do anything when they were on the ice. Put Lucic/Bennett/Dube in a bind. D couldnt change.

No way it wasn't going to end that way.
Totally outplayed for a good chunk of the game..discipline a huge issue all of a sudden....but there were some good signs as well
Just cannot give up that many shots though. Some are always going to find a way in.
Just a very Calgary flames game overall.

Just take the ####ing icing so we at least have every player with a stick FFS.

Zero awareness, immediately turns it over to their 1st line. Ugh.

I don’t see that being the case here

I think that's the series. Stars best players are stepping up, the Flames aren't. I think we see a total letdown performance next game and Dallas takes it in 6

Its annoying the commentary to talk about shots and shooting chances when the Flames had 5 frickin penalties in a row and no late hits or trips on anything Dallas do.
Still people like Monny and Lindholm have to turn up and play at a level which is being played in front of them, and folks like that just aren't.

Talbot was so good today. Calgary seemed off for much of the game. As Burkie said, get some rest and get ready for the next one.

I am angry and I know what I am about to say is possibly ridiculous but I’ve seen enough of Giordano these playoffs. Time to cut his minutes.
Lindholm too.

Being hemmed in your own zone for 80% of the game isn’t being outclassed?

Eventually you lose so frequently in OT in the playoffs and it starts to not hurt as much.
