It may come of interest to some to know that Sven Baertschi is a healthy scratch in tonight's Canucks v. Sharks game.
Vancouver looks poised to blow a very good performance from Nilsson in goal.

Sportsnet pisses me off at times. You can just tell that that whole network is full of Oiler fan boys. During the intermission John Shannon informing us happy how sad it is that the Oilers are going to miss the playoffs. Uh no John it’s not. It’s actually hilarious because it makes all the experts who were saying they were a lock for first in the Pacific and possibly the Stanley Cup finals look like the idiots they are!!

THN really embarrassed themselves this season. As I said before the season started that this was the first time in decades I never bought their season preview issue. As soon as I saw that they predicted the Oilers to get to the Stanley Cup finals they were officially finished as credible hockey source. The Oilers have done nothing this season but prove that they don't know what they are talking about.

This intermission is such a pile of failure and nonsense. Georges Laraque talking about the Penguins acquiring Ryan Reeves like he's been a key to their breakthrough. They won 2 straight Stanley Cups before he got there you oblivious muppet!
Everyone on camera this intermission has made a complete fool of themselves.

I was reading that other board, and an Oilers fan stated that he'd rather cheer for the Oilers because they had 1500x the heart that the Flames do.
Yeah, no, all year that's been a lazy uninspired team content to let Connor strap on the rings and drag them around the ice.
Then when it looks like its too tough to make the playoffs, the team shuts out the coaching staff and throws in the towel.
Poor Connor he's the captain and leadership falls to him, and he can't seem to inspire that team.
It was a mistake to make him the Captain of the good ship perpetual loser.
