Yes, the Flames can finish 27th (4th) with a Flames loss and a Columbus win

Detroit hardly deserves this haha...

We can finish 4th last if we lose and CBJ beats CHI (who is resting a lot of their top players.

Anywhere from 4th-6th last is still possible.

It's kind of interesting how Carolina might finish with more points than Minnesota.

I feel bad for the Hurricanes. They've been stuck in the mediocre range for quite a while now.

They have a few key young players with Lindholm, Hanifin, and Faulk. They must be excited about Sebastian Aho who centred Laine and Puljujarvi at the world juniors, he looks like a heck of a prospect. Overall though they don't have quite the young core that CGY and BUF have.

Rangers hold on to win 3-2, putting them back into 3rd in their division.

Red wings will luckily clinch a playoff spot since the Bruins are down 5-1 with about 5 minutes to go in their game.

Only thing left to determine is whether Philly makes it or not. They need 2 points in their next 2 games to overtake the Bruins for a playoff spot.

Edit: LOL 6-1 Senators over the Bruins.

That's ideal, just win (or lose twice in extra time) to get in.

No scoreboard watching, no hoping for someone else to play spoilers...just win.

I'd rather Detroit get knocked out than Boston. Too bad. The Red Wings have been such a spoiled organization.

Come on Philly, make it happen. Would be hilarious to see the Bruins miss the play offs 2 years in a row.

The Bruins deserve to miss the playoffs after how they played the last few weeks. Boston needs some changes.

With the Bruins, Red Sox and Patriots, Boston has been pretty spoiled too. Eff them.

1-0 pens on a beautiful 2 on 1 goal.

Final scores

Rask was ill and was not in net. The Bruins simply folded.

Hmmm, Pens 33-1 when scoring first this season.
